Account details (name, email), the profile and health-related data you enter (such as age, gender, height, weight, body fat, activity level, goals, meals, workouts, water, steps), usage data, your device timezone, and an optional push-notification token.
To provide the App's features — calculating targets, scores and recommendations, showing your progress, and (if enabled) sending notifications. Some data may be processed by automated and AI systems to generate estimates and tips.
We process your data to perform our agreement with you and based on your consent. Health-related data is sensitive; by entering it you explicitly consent to its processing for the purposes described here. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the App (such as cloud hosting and the push-notification service) and where required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above or to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights contact us.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Your data may be stored or processed in countries other than yours; by using the App you consent to such transfers.
The App is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
